KYOS financially supports various international projects, including:

• KYOS is member of the business program of Help a Child (Red een Kind). The main activity supported runs in the Kenian cities of Nairobi, Maai Mahiu, Kima, Eldoret and Kisumu. It offers professional trainings in various fields, such as barber, mechanic, carpenter, secretarian, etc. The many young people who attend would otherwise not be able to finance this step towards making their own living.

• KYOS sponsors the construction of 3 tourist lodges for Stichting Twiga. The lodges will become part of a touristic facility of 8 lodges in Mto wa Mbu, Tanzania. This facility will help to generate income for the ‘Sarakasi ya Vijana’ program in Mto wa Mbu. This program's objective is to help children get back in primary school, give extra tuition, and help them further in secondary school and/or professional school. This way the children get a second chance in life to become responsible, skilled, self-confident and compassionate young people.
